What the guarantee applies to
- New aluminium fenestration, including the windows, doors, glass and hardware included in the accepted project scope.
- New steel windows and doors included in the accepted project scope.
- Refurbished steel windows and doors included in the accepted project scope.
The products and work included in each project are identified in the accepted quotation, invoice and related project documentation.
Keep your project records
Please retain your accepted quotation, invoice and any handover documents. These records help us identify the original scope, products and work if assistance is required.
