The project

From exposed balcony
to usable enclosure.

The intervention had to weatherproof a completely open balcony while looking deliberate within the existing apartment architecture.

D&G Window Solutions measured, designed, manufactured, supplied and installed the complete enclosure. Elite sliding windows were incorporated into Clip 44 outer frames, finished in matt charcoal and glazed with 6.38 mm clear laminated safety glass. DGWS also completed the associated building work, waterproofing details and perimeter sealing.
